Absentee Ballot

- You can pick up an Absentee Ballot Application at your local Absentee Election Manager Office located in circuit courts
- Fairhope Satellite Courthouse: 1100 Fairhope Avenue
- Bay Minette: 312 Courthouse Square, Suite 10
- Foley Satellite Courthouse: 201 East Section Avenue

Voter Registration or to Change Personal Information (address, etc.)
NOTE: To vote in the March 3, 2020 Primary Election, you MUST register by February 14. If you have recently
moved, you MUST fill out a new Voter Registration Form.
To change your voter registration information, go to the following website link and scroll down approx. half way down the page until you get to the “Change Your Voter Name or Address” section.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR ELECTION 2020
Primary Election – March 3, 2020
February 14 – Voter Registration deadline.February 27 – Last day for voter to make application for an absentee ballot.March 2 – Last day for voter to hand-deliver or postmark an absentee ballot.*
July 14 – Primary Runoff Election date! Be sure to get out and vote!
General Election – November 3, 2020
October 19 – Voter Registration deadline.
October 29 – Last day for voter to make application for an absentee ballot.
November 2 – Last day for voter to hand-deliver or postmark an absentee ballot.*
* Except for persons casting absentee ballots pursuant to the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA voters). The last day for UOCAVA voters to hand deliver or postmark their ballot is election day.
